Some of the most overlooked and aged or neglected areas of buildings are atriums. This is mainly due to accessibility to these areas. We have been doing atrium restoration cleaning for more than 30 years including office, airports, hotel lobbies and so on to provide restoration cleaning & preservation to these sites so they last. We have provided painting & sealing of various building components including Bird Aire roof system as pictured above. We have installed lighting, signage, advertising and other needs that put us in these out of reach areas.

Facade Restoration Cleaning is exactly how it sounds. We have cleaned building exteriors for many years. Eliminating pollution, biological stains, bird nesting, mortar stains, corrosion of stone surface, marble cleaning and so on. There are different techniques and many ways to address each of these problems. Also to consider is the type of structure that needs care. We also consider being able to access these structures safely without harm to the building as well. In addition, weatherproofing becomes part of this cleaning. Caulking, sealing, repairs to facade and painting if needed.

In Bermuda we restored this resort that was an imported castle from Teeside, England. We are probably the only US company that has worked on an English castle.

We have several partners that we work with and one in particular is Aeras. They own the Aeras Fog drone sprayer and other proprietary sprayers. CSCI & Aeras are partnering for sales & service to stadiums, arenas, race courses, airports, horse tracks, outdoor sporting venues such as tennis courts & parks etc.. These can be used on gardens vineyards and other large vegetation areas that need various spraying done throughout the year.
These drones can be used for building inspections or even cleaning of some structures like monuments where it is too expensive to erect scaffolding or other building accesses for a simple task. CSCI & Aeras can set up a demonstration at your facility to see how all of this equipment works. Electrostatic fog that allows for the chemicals to remain ionized longer than any other spray system. This drone and accompanying backpack sprayers can disinfect and entire arena or stadium within a few hours. It has auditable tracking to insure coverage of the areas. It replaces many man-hours of labor and eliminates the possibility of infection from a person doing the cleaning to the public ticket holder. Together with Aeras, CSCI and the disinfectant we use this is great combination and easy choice to make for new technology and advances in cleaning.
