With the CSCI Easy Spray System we are now offering the "EASY" way to environmentally clean the exterior of your building without special permits or harm to the environment without power washers or use of water for rinsing or and chlorine-based chemicals. This project is across the street from the US Capitol Building in Washington DC, 1 Constitution Ave.. In the video you can clearly see people walking with pets without harm. This building had not been cleaned in 50 years and had many biological stains. This is the 3rd application over the past year and the building is coming back. It's limestone cladding was horribly stained and now it looks much better. Low cost and environmentally sound and is how exterior restoration cleaning is headed. Quaternary Ammonia (QA)

R97 Masonry Sealer from Cathedral Stone

Masonry clad exteriors of buildings need to be protected or they will allow moisture into the building that can cause mold & mildew problems. If the exterior masonry is improperly sealed with a product such as an elsatomeric or paint it cannot breath or allow moisture to escape. Moisture evaporation is important so mold & mildew do not infect your building. By applying a sealer that allows for moisture evaporation to occur you eliminate the risk of having interior mold & mildew problems from your masonry. This video shows the iimportance of having a sealer that allows for moisture evaporation to occur. This one in particular, R97, The brand we use, has a 97% permeablity so 97% of all moisture can escape from behind walls. It also keeps moisture such as rain and other means from entering your masonry clad building. Masonry clad can be described as brick, limestone, concrete and so on. All of these, untreated, allow moisture to enter, some of it does come out but it never dries out completely so your building will always be in stasis with a high interior moisture. Using R97 promotes a healthy interior environment and allows interior humidity levels to be lowered and increase the efficiency of your HVAC. It is a simple choice.
