Once a survey is completed, you will receive this information that we have identified describing in detail with photography or video showing what we have found and how we can lower costs or improve the environment, preserve the beauty of intended architectural components such as flooring, hardscapes, artwork and improve the health of the building and lower costs.

We have had great success in the past with a variety of customers that have benefitted from our offerings that we have developed over the years. Some have few needs while others have many which depends on their business model. These customer needs depend on the type of organization and how they operate and the environment.
Most of the historic properties we have worked on are masonry buildings that require upkeep that is not readily available. Mortars for repointing or repair of existing stonework that matches the types and strengths of the original intended masonry. Also, the preservation of these buildings that includes silicates or sealers to preserve the masonry. Colored mortar or custom silicates or sealers to keep the masonry looking as intended yet keep moisture at bay from causing future deterioration. Metals & painted surfaces that are part of the masonry that can treated to preserve them long term.
Many outdoor sculptures are susceptible to the 4 S's as well but also include graffiti and other types of human activity. Stone sculptures are susceptible to environmental issues such as algae, mold, mildew and other biological staining. Paint fades, metals rust or oxidize, all of this can be prevented with our service for many, many years with just simple rinsing or cleaning without harsh chemicals or power equipment.
Airports, in particular, with large public use and other supporting use from vehicles or machinery have to hold up to these demands so that maintenance & upkeep can be minimized. Sanitary standards that are not a consumption of resources. Artwork and other displays that can be maintained without much effort.
Hotels greatest challenge is to remain fresh & new on a daily basis to their customer base. The challenge is to do this so that it is economically feasible over many years by having operating expenses low long term in many areas of the property. Lobbies, walkways, bathrooms, hardscapes, pool areas, HVAC, biological staining and so on, all require various types of infrastructure or equipment to maintain these various aspects. Eliminating this need or curbing that need, makes it easier and more affordable. Oceanfront hotels that suffer from the 4 S's, Sand, Salt, Sun & Storms are types of properties that is protected and are easier to maintain.
Large & busy places always pose a problem with keeping the venue always appealing with very little time in between for routine maintenance. By protecting many of the surfaces you will eliminate the time needed for this maintenance and allow forthat time spent on other issues. Keeping the area always looking new and fresh with very little effort. These areas include; arenas, restaurants, museums, parks, and other high volume places where it is almost impossible to keep up the volume of traffic om a daily basis.
Warehousing can have added expense from improper or inadequate heating & cooling. Using our services to address HVAC systems or the building roof will cut the costs for heating & cooling. Warehouses usually have concrete flooring, if not protected, makes it harder to maintain, adds dust to the interior of the building, make it almost impossible to maintain easily adding to the expense of upkeep.
